BJP2 300x225 BJP calls for Delhi shutdown over price rise The Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) has today called for a shutdown in Delhi to protest the increase in prices of vital commodities and the hike in bus fares.

On Thursday, Leader of Opposition Vijay Kumar Malhotra charged the Sheila Dikshit Government with being least concerned about the common man’’s troubles.

Transport and essential services, however will not be disrupted by the shutdown, Malhotra added.
