Pregnant singer Lily Allen has apparently revealed to her pals that she’s expecting a boy.

The 25-year-old singer could not wait to share the news that a scan had shown the sex of her first child.

Allen is four months pregnant by boyfriend Sam Cooper and the couple have already said they are absolutely delighted at the prospect.

“Lily said she found out from a scan she is having a boy,” the Sun quoted a source as saying.

“She is really excited and can””t wait to give birth. She is always asking other mums about their pregnancies,” said Cooper.

She hid her bump under a long black dress when she took part in the GQ Awards bash in London and has told friends that she is looking into antenatal classes and yoga.

The veteran actor said that he was offered a huge sum to take over after Sean Connery stepped aside from the world’s most famous spy’s role, but he refused.

Honcho Steve Hirsch has described the sex tape ‘extremely erotic.’

He actually laid eyes on the tape which co-stars Karissa””s boyfriend, “Smallville” actor Sam Jones III.

Hirsch says it was sent to him from “a reputable third party” and that he””d “love to be able to release it, ” reports TMZ.

Vivid””s chief isn””t divulging who dropped the tape in his lap, but does say he””s “very impressed with the quality and content”.

However, Jones said, “I understand that the guy from Vivid saw footage with Karissa and I in it. We have spoken to our legal team and they will be dealing with this ASAP.”

Britney Spears’ bodyguard who claims to have been sexually harassed by the singer is filing a lawsuit today.

The minder alleges that the pop star repeatedly exposed herself to him and abused her children.

According to the suit, Fernando Flores claims Britney made “repeated unwanted sexual advances” toward him by exposing herself in front of him in her home, reports TMZ.

Flores alleges, on one occasion — in a scene right out of “Legally Blonde” — “She was wearing a white lace, see-through dress. She walked over close by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores].” The lawsuit goes on, “The incident caused [Flores] shock and disgust.”

The suit then goes on to describe another alleged instance where Britney summoned Flores to her room, where she was standing naked. The suit claims, “After an awkward silence during which [Britney] just stood naked before [Flores], [Flores] asked Spears if she needed anything. After some hesitation, Spears asked [Flores] to get her two bottles of 7 Up.”

One time after allegedly exposing herself, the suit claims Britney said, “You know you liked it.”

And the suit says, “In addition to exposing herself to [Flores], Spears engaged in numerous sex acts in front of [Flores].” There”s also an allegation Britney was “loudly having sexual relations” in a hotel suite where her kids were present. The suit does not say if the kids saw anything.

And there is a more serious allegation — The suit claims on one occasion Britney allegedly demanded Flores” belt, then walked in the house and allegedly twice “savagely hit the small child [Preston]” with the belt.

And the suit claims on another occasion Britney fed both kids crabmeat even though she knew they had serious fish allergies. The suit claims both kids started vomiting and Spears allegedly prevented anyone from seeking medical help, allegedly telling them, “Mind your own f**king business!”

Although it is not mentioned in the lawsuit, sources have told TMZ … Flores contacted the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services. And we”re told DCFS investigated and determined the claim had no merit.

The suit will be filed in L.A. County Superior Court.

The Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court will pronounce its judgement on the Babri Mosque demolition case on September 24.

Earlier, a special full bench of the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court comprising Justice SU Khan, Justice Sudhir Agarwal and Justice Dhramveer Sharma had reserved its verdict in the Ramjanambhoomi-Babri Masjid title issue on July 26.

The bench had heard the counsels of both the parties besides video footage in July before reserving their verdict. The court also had stated that the judgment will be delivered any day after September 15.

Earlier on May 20, former Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani and 20 other Bharatiya Janata Party and Sangh Pavivar leaders got a reprieve with the Allahabad High Court rejecting a plea to revive criminal cases against them in the case.

The Lucknow Bench of the court dismissed a plea of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to revive criminal cases against these accused.

The High Court decision implies that trial in criminal cases related the demolition would now be held against 26 little-known Sangh Parivar workers.

In his judgment, Justice Alok Kumar Singh said nothing has been found against the correctness, legality, propriety or regularity in respect of any of the findings of the lower court.

The CBI had sought the court”s intervention to revive criminal cases against Advani and others, against whom the trial court had dropped the charge of criminal conspiracy for the mosque”s demolition on December 6, 1992 at Ayodhya.

Besides Advani, those who benefit from the High Court”s order include senior leaders Murli Manohar Joshi and Vinay Katiyar, former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Kalyan Singh, former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Uma Bharti, and Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader Ashok Singhal.

Russell Crowe has denied that he’s set to play a part in a remake of Michael Crichton”s sci-fi thriller Westworld.

It was rumoured that the Gladiator actor had signed up for a new version of the 1973 film, which was also author Crichton”s first undertaking as a big screen director and also starred Yul Brynner as a gunslinging android at a fantasy theme park.

“WestWorld purely a rumour, I”ve never been contacted about it,” The Daily Star quoted Crowe as tweeting.

The L.A. Sheriff’s Deputy who arrested Mel Gibson in the infamous 2006 arrest is suing the County of L.A., claiming he’s the victim of retaliation.

In the lawsuit, Deputy James Mee claims at the time of his arrest, Gibson was a spokesperson for the L.A. County Sheriff’s Star Program and had filed a public service announcement for Sheriff Lee Baca, whom Mee says was Gibson’s “close friend”.

Mee claims he was “unjustly denied” a promotion, the result of “religious discrimination and retaliation for plaintiff’s religion and his report of anti-Semitic remarks by Gibson”.

The suit claims Sergeant Tracy Palmer erased a videotape showing the arrest of Gibson, who was out of control at the jail after his arrest, and screaming at the top of his lungs and pacing in the cell.

He claims during the events of July 28, 2006, he documented Gibson’s tirade in his initial report but was ordered by superiors to rewrite the report, deleting the slurs.

The lawsuit, filed by attorneys Etan Lorant and Yael Trock, goes on to say the original 4 pages in Mee’s report were published by TMZ.

He was immediately targeted as the alleged TMZ leak, despite the fact that other non-Jewish deputies had access to the 4 pages, he was unmercifully interrogated, received a negative job performance report and claims it was all the result of religious discrimination.

Mee says the department launched several investigations targeting him, to determine if he was the TMZ leak.

Although Mee didn’t mention it, the Sheriff’s Department secretly obtained search warrants for the work and home phone records of Harvey Levin.

The Sheriff’s Department has never determined who leaked the document.

“We are looking forward to telling the whole story and the whole story is not being told in this lawsuit. Ethnicity and gender have nothing to do with any of this,” TMZ.com quoted Sheriff’s spokesperson Steve Whitmore as saying.

“An investigation was launched by the Sheriff’s Department to try and discover who was leaking official documents without authorization. That is a crime,” Whitmore added.
