Government to introduce a health portal

New Delhi: National Health Portal’ a new project has been taken up by the Government to reduce the inconvenience of standing in a long queue to get a birth certificate of a new born baby.

In this regard Minister of State for Health Dinesh Trivedi said, “Standing in the queue for registering a birth certificate will soon be over as the National Health Portal will help you file the application online and get the certificate online.”

Apart from this, it will also help to disseminate the health related information among the others.

The ministry is also planning about issuing a separate e-health cards for the children to monitor their problem as well as progress.
